COMMON QUESTIONS

Before the project starts.

Can you help choose low-water plants?

Yes. The goal is to match plants to the site and group them by compatible water needs, not just choose plants labeled drought-tolerant.

Why does mature size matter?

Plants spaced only for their nursery size can overcrowd quickly. Planning for mature width reduces future pruning and replacement.

Should drip irrigation be installed at the same time?

Usually. New planting is the best time to lay out drip zones and emitter placement around actual plant locations.
